I kind of regret starting the Yakuza franchise on 0. On the one hand I got to enjoy being bros with Nishiki for the entire game before he turned sith in 1/Kiwami, not to mention all the fun sub stories and mini games, but on the other hand there were so many references that I didn't get until I started playing Kiwami and Kiwami 2.
