With the official soundtrack released, I wouldn't recommend watching this version, with all the sound effects that ended up left in. The official track's name is 慟哭, and it's the 8th track on the third disc of the soundtrack.

This scene is probably the best scene in Yakuza history Throughout the whole game Ichi has been just wanting to talk to Masato like brothers and when he somewhat gets that chance Masato still keeps himself distant until Ichi pours out his heart and soul for him to show him how much he truly cares for him and once Masato finally gives up and accepts Ichiban that's when it happens The knife stab that cut through everyone's heart....

Man, the sub and dub lines are pretty different. Personally I think the dub lines hit a bit harder because ichiban calls him masato not young master

@@slippy2315 but its *supposed* yo lose the air of respect. LaD was pretty damn good at keeping most the Japanese culture within the dub *except* that one line and honestly? I'm glad they changed it. Ichiban wasnt speaking from a position of job authority, he was speaking from s position of friendship. He was pleading to masato not because hes his boss but because he views him as his actual brother, hence the usage of his biological name

I did not cry but my emotion was torn to shred at this event. This is sad and very heartbreaking scene, especially when someone was about to start over but suddenly that path was blocked forever.
