Kenzan by far has the most unique soundtrack among the Ryu Ga Gotoku series, and also - one of the best spinoff, and I'm pretty damn sure that Kenzan deserves the same spot Ishin had right now. And this is right after Ryu Ga Gotoku starts moving on from another chapter with several breakthroughs compare to its predecessor (between RGG2 - RGG3). Sadly this went under everyone's radar, and Ishin/Judgment takes the spotlight of the best spinoff in RGG series.

To be honest Tenka is such a underwhelming Final Boss but sure kicking his ass is one hell of a fun experience. I feel someone like Kojiro more suit to become The Legit Final Boss in this game

I'm super late but I can clarify. For one, Majima and Baiken are the same character so it makes sense. 100 Execution belongs to the same faction and is literally at the end of the game. TAKUMI is literally komaki's training theme for future games and relates to training fights in general, even if the Tengu man is a bit different (he's optional so I guess it makes sense for him to be different). Dull Color Fangs plays for numerous bosses regardless of faction or the character involved so it fits into the generic boss theme.

It is slim to none with Kenzan, because of the mentioning of Child Prostitution in the game, it wouldn't be good in the West. Ishin stands a much better chance at being released though.
