I find i. It's in the narrow route within the forest（林道） that's connected to "kyomizu temple"（清水寺）

@mikoto1989 I'm not sure if I can describe it but I'll try. We need some check point though, so do you remember where's the "horse" minigame? Then if you know where's the stable with the horse, go straight through the forest until you come to the gate. Go through that gate and you should see some huge temple (or what ever, I don't quite remember). Well, on your right there's another gate, quite simiral to the one you just went through. So go through this one as well,

@mikoto1989 then go straight on until you'll see a narrow path on your right. This one leads to the waterfall, that's the destination.. There's a woman standing there. Talk to her and select one of the options.That should trigger this mini game. There're four videos (you have to successfuly complete each one in order to unlock the next. I'm not sure if this helps, so if not, I could record a video showing how to get there, this game is my greatest hobby you know so no problem :)
