The next step evolution according to Street Fighter 5 is Ryu becomes KAGE and fights ONI. but for now Gouken should safe Ryu and friends. Good movie. Akuma the best fighter ever. Future can surprise us.

Wait what? No, Kage is the Satsui No Hado inside Ryu materialized and detached from Ryu after Ryu refused to become Evil Ryu, being a separate entity entirely. He's not Ryu but the evil Hado inside Ryu. Also, at the end of SFV story we see that Ryu finally achieved Power of Nothingness which he used to defeat Necalli. That being said, I do hope we get to see a better Oni in SF6 rather than the SF4 version.

ikr, Ryu was always one step ahead. Akuma (he is already in Satsui no hado mode) vs Ryu = Tie. Oni Akuma vs Evil Ryu (Ryu in Satsui no hado mode) = Tie. So if Ryu will become Oni Ryu he will win against Oni Akuma.

he is more powerful than ryu, infact, akuma has so much experiance with satsui no hado while evil ryu hasnt, look at ryus ragin demon, its slower and weaker than akumas. regular akuma would beat evil ryu.
