Something I've always wondered about (but I guess not enough to look it up it myself). I know it's called Mario USA in Japan, but what about other regions like Europe? Which version of Super Mario Bros. 2 did PAL regions get, the same as North America or "The Lost Levels"?

However, when the SNES came out, we got lucky and got the super famicom style console and controllers. So over the years we got a bit of a mixed bag, not quite US style and not quite Japanese style either :)

It wasn't cheese thou, this was the intended solution, as there no other way up there (the door goes to the random door in the sky) and the 3 10-coins were a clear condition. So you had to fly to beat the level
