Mid airs are frame perfect, but this last level is both pixel perfect AND frame perfect (that note block thing is undoubtedly frame perfect).

For slowfall, I think Carl did it in one of his new videos, you have to hold down B while falling. It reduces your speed of falling very slightly and will clip you into walls or narrow space you wouldn't have while Normal falling. Just hold b before you fall off and keep holding it down.

Guys....all the title says is "TAS乗り" or "TAS Ride", i.e the Japanese name for the trick we known as a "pixel-jump". It is not saying it was uploaded via a tool-assisted superplay. The SMM community has a habit of naming tricks after actual TAS to imply difficulty, like the "TAS ジャンプ (TAS Jump) / Midair Shell Jump", etc.

Black60Dragon No, they actually are pixel-perfect, since, as Ryukahr showed, you have exactly one pixel to land on. You *cannot* move "slightly forward" as you said. Also, you completely misrepresent the intentionality of the tag TAS in SMM levels. TAS is not used to imply difficulty. There are more difficult levels without this tag. TAS is rather specifically used by the community to imply robotic precision, which means, as you would have guessed, pixel-perfect and frame-perfect executions, sometimes with a level of consistency. The reason it is tagged TAS is precisely because that is what TAS is used for - in fact, it is objectively the only usage TAS can have. And while TAS is not strictly required to beat the level, it is impossible for a human to beat more than 1 in 50 times or 1 in 100 times on average, and that's being generous. So, REALISTICALLY, one would need TAS to beat it, even if it is beatable in principle - which we saw it is. In fact, technically speaking, nothing that requires TAS is impossible in principle. There is always a sequence of inputs which a human could in principle pull off with the required precision. It's just that the probability they will get this exact sequence is fairly small. Also, people say it is impossible to upload a true TAS level to SMM, but this is not true. While there exists no actual TAS software on the Wii U that allows it, you could very well break into the hardware of the console and carefully modify it. Then you could from there illegally get TAS tools. Of course, this is useless to do, and I doubt there exist more than like 2 in the whole planet who have done this. But it is possible. However, despite it being possible, I do not think any such level has been uploaded. You would be able to tell.

Challenge. Normal run no thumbs. You can keep them attached to your hand, we decided on that rule early on, just no button presses using them. Also the community is progressively getting louder on the whole 'mirror' idea.. I'd also like to see that but adding in the 'shot of liquor on every death' could really cause havoc with the mental process of inverting the mirrored screen. And I know how it looks Ryu, I really do.. *But we actually all love you!* 😂😂 _Honest_
