Early Morning From Tokyo - Shiro Sagisu

Today marks the birthday of the legendary music composer who have won countless awards, Shiro Sagisu's 62nd birthday and I wish him all the very best and keep it coming with his amazing soundtracks. This song is one of my favourites, Early Morning From Tokyo; from Shin Godzilla(2016).
In this video I also tried to imitate Shin Godzilla's colour grading as the film definitely has a really unique look and I fell in love with it ever since I first saw the trailer for the film!

I think the song in film is used to portray life returning to normal after Godzilla leaves. Everybody goes back to work, trains are running, planes are flying. It’s almost as if everything is almost back to normal, minus the destroyed areas.

After *Shin Godzilla* came out, I purchased this soundtrack. I used to listen to this song during my ride on the train to work in *Yokohama.* It's a fitting and great song for traveling and relaxing. I love *Jazz* and I love *Godzilla.* Such a great combination.
