Clearly evident 16GB in your system is serious bottleneck, this is also reflected not only by usage percentage, but also temperatures, temp should average above 75C for consistent performance....cyberpunk 2077 clearly shows this scenario with 99% GPU usage of the Vega 7 and maxxing out RAM usage. BTW excellent review.

Nope. It is "clearly" the GPU when it is the GPU at 99-100%. More or even faster RAM won't do much good. Now for the system itself, if you're silly enough to think you can get away with multi-tasking with gaming, you had better get some memory. But there's still no significant upgrade to be had in terms of gaming performance.
