Ryzen 5 5600 + RTX 4060 - Tested in 15 Games

Summary: As can be seen in the video, the AMD Ryzen 5 5600 can game perfectly fine with the RTX 4060, but it isn't the best combo as the bottleneck of this combo lays on the CPU as the Ryzen 5 5600 isn't powerfull enough for the RTX 4060, especially at 1080p and in high CPU intensive games like Rainbow Six Siege, CSGO 2, Fortnite Performance, BeamNG and Cyberpunk, but if you're planning on mostly gaming at 1440p in GPU intensive games, then you can use this combo perfectly fine, so if you already have the Ryzen 5 5600 with another GPU and are considering to upgrade to the RTX 4060 while still having the R5 5600 and are planning to upgrade your CPU later, you can do that. @@beatrice6673 I think you just need to check if your motherboard and CPU support pcie 4.0. Since you are using the 5 5600, just look for the specs of your motherboard, you need at least a b550 to have pcie 4.0. If you already have a motherboard that supports pcie 4.0, you can check if you are using it in the bios

Nah don’t upgrade to 4060 if you wanna upgrade go for something big like the 3070ti or 3070

Depends on how much you want to spend. 4060 is a great card for under 300 and would be a decent upgrade, but if your willing to spend at minimum 100 dollars more for 15% more preformance, you can go with a 3070 like the guy above me suggested. Me personally I’d go with 4060

No, only the settings part are recorded with the RTX 3070. I use the same settings in almost all video's so I reuse that footage.
