I can save your time of making CPU tests. Every noob should know that resolution affecting only GPU performance not CPU, so when you do 4k tests they getting even because GPU at it's max. For testing CPU you have to put resolution to 720p on both. Here you just tested your GPU and in most games i have no idea what the difference between two CPU.

5500 has about the same performance in games as 3700X, but with half the power.

RTX 3050 at 1080p-high in Cyberpunk with that CPU you can't even reach 50fps avg...92fps avg is insane.
