7600 is worth. 8400f May be slightly cheaper, but down the line you can just upgrade the GPU, so it's better to go CPU heavy. Carefully buy a motherboard that supports 10kmhz ram clock and this pc will last a good 5-6 years

Both are using same socket so anyone who wants to buy 7600 can buy 8400 f an accurate the CPU letter on and on the question of CPU heavy I think 73600 doesn't give you much of a difference if you really want to CPU heavy then go with 7700 or 7700 x
