@@AxxturelFan Well, apparently all of the 7800's 8 cores can be used to achieve superior gaming performance, when games actually use all 8 cores. While only 6 cores of the 7900 can be used in the same way. Something about only 6 cores can use the high speed cache, I think, maybe... As a sheep, I will buy the 7800 x3d, and maybe sell it later and buy the 9800 x3d if needed. Buying the 7900 x3d does not seem future-proof to me.

I checked the CPU 7950x3d and the 7900x3d again in 12 games in 5 resolutions. Unfortunately, the settings for Ghost of Thushima and Alan wake 2 were set incorrectly. That's why the AVG FPS was so high. In all other 10 games the values are the same. Sorry Guys✌️ A new video will follow.

No don’t go for a 7900x3d if you a hard core gamer. The ryzen 7 7800x3d is designed for gaming primarily. I have no idea how the other cpus are beating but it had to be fake trust me. This is coming from an intel guy that never believed that ryzen was better for gaming. The ryzen numbers ( like only ryzen 9 and other versions of it) don’t mean nothing unless you are an editor or something else. If you still believe the 7900x3d is better try to research more and look at the fps in games to compare them

I have Ryzen 9 7900X3D and is amazing Cpu more future proof, more cores and even 6 with 3D cache and 6 without give better perf in games that use more than 6 cores. This is surprising vs 7800X3D, this CPU is not best to games. Still Ryzens 9 also is better for people that stream games because they lose less fps.

I don't quite understand how the 7800X3D is sometimes faster than the 7900X3D and the 7950X3D although they have more cores and higher clock speed. I see that the GPU is mostly capped out at near 100% and the CPUS only around 20-30%. Are they too fast for the games or how can this happen? Does anyone know?

because the 7950 only has 3DVCache on one CPU Cluster. When the game uses more than 8 Cores the performance drops.

7800X3D has all its 8 cores cached with Vcache, the 7900X3D is a 12c cpu where only 6 cores is Vchaced and the other 6 is on a seperate CCD(cpu die) and the 7950X3D has 16cores where the first 8 is Vcached and the other 8 is not so only the 7950X3D when it working properly should pretty much have the same performance to maybe slightly higher since you can put the game on the 3D cache and the background processes on the non cached cluster

I think on this test it false anythink. The CPU dont get over 25%. Into the other Guys test, the 4090 and the CPU get more FPS. I think into your System give a other Bottleneck.
