Sir i have a question that if a doctor takes consent from any weak eye sight patient that, i will operate your eyes and your eye sight will be normal, if after operation the patient completely loses eyesight so, did it be an offence ? It should be noted that the patient has signed a consent form before the operation now what remedy should the patient possess who lost his complete eye sight?
