Seems like it Also guitars seem to be more on the foreground and vocal sounds harsher with additional echo.

This is a more advanced version of Solar soul which also a true Samael DNA.

Actually it seems one of the poorest albums tbh :))) ,probably Eternal and/or Ceremony of opposites being the best imo,the ones before those also being super solid.Anything after Eternal was quite poor i think.
