Hello. Can you please tell me what the Ethiopians call the passage from the New Testament read at the liturgy? And also a passage from the Old Testament.

in the new statment we choose one from the st paul's 14 letters and then we also read one chapter from one of the disciples Then we read one from The Acts and last but not list we Read pslams from the old statment. Actully we sing(Vocal) it and finally We read The GOspel these is the Order

first the main deacon reads one of pauls 14 letters, then the second deacon will read a chapter of the disciples, then the second priest will read from acts. Then we have a little intermission where we continue with the service until we read what we call Misbak (ምስባክ) where the deacon will sing a verse from the psalms, then the people will sing it back. After this the main priest will read from the one of the 4 gospel.
