I never really liked Jason with Carly, and seeing her with Sonny makes it pretty clear to me why. Scenes like this made me see how Carly and Sonny had more of a connection than Jason and Carly. The two were both self-destructive, among other things, and so they understood each other. It's almost like Carly is the female version of Sonny (I said almost)!

i think Jason and Carly are more like siblings... Jason seems annoyed with Carly, yet still loves her; and Carly seems to idolize, adore, Jason... like an "older" brother that's always there to catch her. i agree, these scenes really showed how Sonny and Carly related and understood each other. i could also (almost!) say that Carly's a female version of Sonny. lol

lias on buff your comment is real......carly is the female version of Sonny......i believe they make a beautiful couple........they understood each other......no matter how much they divorced each other and got married time other people......theirs was a connection that could not be broken.

Yes, in the middle of February, but she won't be Carly. As long as she has scenes with Maurice Benard, it will be great! This shows exactly why. They really work well together, in whatever context.

First things first Sarah Brown as Carly will always be my favorite Carly she was beautiful fearless always ready to be on go time Second, watching Sonny thru the years deal with Bipolar helps me because ik what it is like to be hot and cold so much Third bruh their chemistry is unmatched you can tell even before they eventually fell in love you can tell its something there

Ratings during 1993-1998 have NOTHING to do with Brenda. All soaps had higher ratings then. You can find VM hotter and superior to everyone that's played Carly, that's your preference. Who cares? But you deserve to be laughed out of the room for thinking those ratings had anything solely to do with VM. Matter of fact ever since VM came to the show ratings were on a steady decline, is that VM's fault too?

Sarah is a great actress. I do think Tamara and Maurice had amazing chemistry. Tamara’s Carly was much more vulnerable. Laura’s Carly is a mixture of both Sarah and Tamara’s Carly.

I disagree. They should have killed Carly off in 2003 after giving birth to Morgan. It would have been the perfect send off to the iconic role of Carly.
