Quite good! I am just getting into homestuck, and just got to this part recently. Good work! Wish I had this kinda skill Also, gotta love how much of an MVP Dirk was here, singlehandedly saving the day, being cool the whole way.

If you want this kind of skill, just try new things until you find something you like! I recommend doing a lot of hobbies like writing, drawing, acting or making music, there will come a point in which you will find what do you like and you will get good with practice, so please, try it out! And oh god, yes!! Dirk absolutely kills it in this flash, and he's just amazing in the comic overall, I hope you keep on enjoying homestuck!

I think I'll start reading it, I've been watching it thus far but apperiantly reading might offer some more.
