S.H.Figuarts (SHINKOCCHOU SEIHOU) Gokai Red Review & Comparison | Worst New Figuart?

Welcome to my review of the renewal version of S.H.Figuarts Gokai Red from Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger. This is the first updated version of an older figuart we have gotten since Figuarts for Super Sentai have returned. But is it the worst one so far? How does it compare to the original? The shoulders are designed like that so you can get a much better range of articulation. You can get the figure to cross his arms naturally without having to swap the arms entirely like you do with other SHFs.

You can cross the arms like that for other sh figuarts and yet they don't look as terrible as those joints. Still definitely the worst Shinkocchou to date

@@ElsePerson You could cross the arms on other SHFs, but you cannot get it to look as good or natural as you can with Gokai Red. You're not really meant to have Gokai Red in a basic ass standing pose. He's best for displaying in a dynamic pose, so the shoulders don't really look "bad" there. I just think you're overreacting when saying this is "worst Shinkocchou to date"

I got goki red on sale on Amazon for 74 and I think I am going to pre order the new kyoryu red he has the combined blaster and sword these are my first sh figure arts

The original figure is dated, cheaper, and prone to breaking. Hell, mine broke the second I took it out if the packaging. The newer version uses a lot of updated Figuarts joints, is way sturdier, and has way better articulation. Besides the shoulders, this figure is THE Gokai Red Figuarts.

You can just move the shoulder pieces around to look more natural instead of it sticking out, it’s for more range of articulation

I wouldn't judge a visor or a helmet on a Lightning figure as if it was Figuarts but I would be annoyed if it was wrong like MMPR Red or inconsistent like SPD. Also, is it me or is the video darker than usual?

And on top of that, the figures are getting way more expensive, and the quality is worse. So no hate to dosm at all, when he says the complaints are needless, I don’t agree completely.

I hate reviews like this, where "reviewers" don't really show the articulation of a figure and instead talk about their opinion for a long time.
