ye ur right the shoulders look a bit off since the rest of body doesn't have heavy crinkles around it. I guess they were trying to assimilate the original costume where there were wrinkles. they should have made the shoulders out of the same soft rubber.

The shoulders do look a little odd kinda crinkled maybe if he was a battle damaged figure it might look ok but they should look more smooth like the rest of the body, other than that he looks pretty cool.

It’s not odd overall. They’re trying to be suit accurate and I get that, but I just don’t love it personally.
