Lol. Just came back here to tell ‘past me’ that the normal version is gonna be another TN event exclusive. I did end up getting this when it was 9000 yen on Mandarake. Just popped over for a sec, saw they sold their last one for 52000 yen. Crazy!

Fujioka is supposed to be about 5,10 which fairly tall in Japan. I would have expected him to be taller than the other riders by a little bit.
