@ yeah I think evolved Godzilla is cool, but I think blue instead of pink would look much better for the design in general but then he wouldn’t be changing or “evolving” much so I see why legendary did it

Noice toy review of the highly-anticipated S.H. MonsterArts Evolved Godzilla, yet despite the minor paint apps, the neck area, and the price-tag, it’s looks pretty decent on its own. Looking forward for you to review the Hiya Toys Exquisite Base Evolved Godzilla and Hokkaido Godzilla for next year of January, which is delayed due to retooling and resculpting, hopefully they’ll be ready to be released in January soon.

I own this figure and I'm happy with it, despite the neck not being able to fully look up and no accessories besides the extra hands. I use pink the Fire Rodan beam and it works well with it.

Yeah, overall I still give FW Godzilla the shout for best articulated Godzilla figure ever made, but Evolved is most definitely in the top 3. The range and engineering are both insane.

My first SH Monsterarts figure, and so far, I do like it. The teeth on my copy doesn't look as bad as yours, thankfully. However, my biggest gripe about it is that many of the joints feel too loose for my taste. I really wish that Tamashii Nations didn't use ball joints for all the joints in their SH Monsterarts line

Is it bad that I'm just not a fan of the design? He's kinda giving some Zilla vibes with the shape of the dorsal spines and the slimmed belly. The pink also just isn't doing anything for me. Probably doesn't help that I haven't seen the movie and don't know what context could warrant such a transformation. Something tells me though that if that context is the ape villain, I'll be disappointed.

BUT what I did hear were rumors about MonsterArts planning to fix the eyes and paint apps on the second batch coming around. they did fix the eyes for minus color so who knows, hopefully there’ll be more news in the upcoming weeks until new years. (Hope he doesn’t look like “friendly 🐻“ this time😏)
