हेलो दोस्तों आज हम बनाने वाले हैं सूजी का खस्ता बिस्किट वह भी कुकर में इडली स्टैंड में यह बिस्किट को हम बिना बेकिंग सोडा का बनाएंगे और बहुत ही आसान तरीके से बनाएंगे आपको यह नानखटाई बनाने में जरा भी परेशानी नहीं होगी इसका स्वाद बिल्कुल आपको बाजार जैसे कुकीज़ की तरह लगेगा हम इस नानखटाई को सूजी यानी रवा बेसन और मैदा से बनाएंगे बहुत ही कम समग्री में यह बिस्किट बनकर तैयार हो जाती है और आप इसे 1 महीने तक स्टोर करके खा सकते हैं अगर आप इसे ओवन में बनाना चाहते हैं तो उसका टेंपरेचर की जानकारी भी मैंने इस वीडियो में बताया है आप इस बिस्किट को खड़ा ही नहीं भी बना सकते हैं इस सूजी के बिस्किट को बनाने की सारी सामग्री की लिस्ट मैंने वीडियो के अंदर और डिस्क्रिप्शन बॉक्स में दिया है ताकि आपको जरा भी परेशानी ना हो और इस बिस्किट को हमने स्टेप बाय स्टेप बनाया है ताकि आपसे आराम से बन जाए तो वीडियो को शुरू से अंत तक देखना ना भूले और आप इस तरीके से यह बिस्किट जरूर बनाएं यह कुकीज की रेसिपी आपको पसंद आए तो प्लीज लाइक करके शेयर कीजिएगा अपने फैमिली फ्रेंड्स में और अपने अनुभव सुझाव मुझे जरूर दें ताकि मैं आने वाले वीडियो में आपके सुझाव द्वारा सुधार कर सकूं तो चलिए दोस्तों शुरू करते हैं इस आसान बहुत ही खस्ता बनने वाले सूजी के बिस्किट की रेसिपी को थैंक यू

1/2Cup- Semolina (सूजी)
1/2 Cup- Maida (मैदा)
1/2 Cup- Gram Flour (बेसन)
1/3 Cup - Powder Sugar (पीसी हुई चीनी)
1/2 Cup- Ghee (घी)
1/2 Tsp- Green Cardamom Powder (हरी इलायची पाउडर)
1Pinch- Salt (नमक)
3-4 Almond (बादाम)
3-4 Pista (पिस्ता)
