सूजी (रवा) से बनाएं इतने पर्फ़ेक्ट सोफ़्ट और रसीले गुलाब जामुन की कोई पहचान ही ना पाए-Suji Gulab Jamun

Suji (Semolina/ Rava) se banaein itne perfect Gulab Jamun ki koi pehechan hi nahi payega ki Suji se bane hain. Perfect Gulab Jamun recipe :)
Ingredients for this recipe :
(HINDI)
सूजी (रवा) - १/२ कप
दुध - १ कप​​​
इलाइची पाउडर - १/२ + १/२ छोटा चम्मच
केसर - १ + १ चुटकी​
चीनी - १ कप​
देशी घी - १ छोटा चम्मच​ + तलने अनुसार​
मीठा सोडा - १ चुटकी
(ENGLISH)
Semolina - ½ cup
Milk - 1 cup
Cardamom powder - ½ + ½ tsp
Saffron - 1 + 1 pinch
Sugar - 1 cup
Desi Ghee - 1 tsp + to fry
Baking Soda - 1 pinch

कुछ खास नुस्खे - १. सूजी के आटे को बराबर गूंथना जरूरी है । ऐसा ना करने पर गुलाब जामुन घी में तलते समय बिखर सकते हैं । २. गुलाब जामुन घी में डालते समय ऑंच मध्यम रखना जरूरी है - इसी लिये गुलाब जामुन घी में एक​-एक करते हुए डालें और हर गुलाब जामुन के बीच ४ से ५ सेकंड का अंतर रखें । ३. गुलाब जामुन को तलने के तुरंत बाद ही गरम चाशनी में डालें और उसमें करीब ५ से १० मिनट तक रखें । ऐस करने से गुलाब जामुन अंदर तक अच्छे रसीले और सोफ़्ट बनकर तैयार होंगे । इसके अतिरिक्त वीडियो में बताए ग​ए सभी नुस्खों को ध्यान से देखें । Some special tips for this recipe - 1. Make sure that you knead the semolina dough thoroughly in order to make sure that it turns into a smooth paste. Not doing so may result in the Gulab Jamun splitting-up while frying. 2. While putting Gulab Jamun into Ghee, make sure that the heat is maintained at 'Medium' and maintain a gap of approximately 4 to 5 seconds between adding each Gulab Jamun in order to ensure that the Ghee temperature doesn't suddenly drop. 3. Once the Gulab Jamuns have been fried, add them immediately into hot Chashni (Sugar syrup) and let it stay in the syrup for about 5 to 10 minutes. Doing so will ensure that the Gulab Jamuns become soft and the syrup is absorbed all the way through. Besides these points, please ensure that you listen to all the tips shared in the video.
