Hawkins triply stainless steel deep frying pan (kadhai) made of 3mm thick tri ply construction, triply construction means from outside and inside there is a layer of stainless steel and in between there is aluminum. aluminum sandwich layer ensures that kadai is evenly hot, heat is retained. stainless steel do not react wiht any food, and ensures aluminum is not in contact directly with food. capacity is 2.5 liter which is sufficient for 2-4 family members. there is toughened glass lid model is also available, which which you can also see food while making. Hawkins is using high quality ALSI430 grade stainless stell base (& sides) with flat bottom which works on gas as well as on induction base. The inside layer of stainless steel is made of 18/8 grade or 304alsi (meaning it contains 18% cromium and 8% nickle. the 8 percent nickle makes it more durable, ofcourse 50% iron is there. ..Cromium prevents iron from oxydation (we call it rust) and nickle makes it corrosion resistance. this cmposition ensurs that these material do not interact with any kind of food item. make it safe for cookin all types of food. there are two handle provides which is made of rosewood or known as shesham. it is known for its durability, it is sturdy and remains cool so that you can lift and place hot kadhai (deep frying pan) easily. another good thing is the handles are fixed on body with the help of rivets in place of nut bolts, which ensures long life without any kind of loosening. on pereferry there is a flange given on deep frying pan, this flange ensures that food pour or slides without spillage. this is a good feature should be avialble on all cookware. So in nutsheel this try ply kadhai is a fantastic option or alternate option to non stick kadhai, you can cook food with very less amount of oil and at the same times it ensures that all food nutritions kept inside, and no chemical reaction of food the kadhai material. this is a premium brand if you dont have budget constraints you can blindly go for it.

another good option for buying kadai is non stick kadhai. here i have given prestige omega delux granite 240mm ( 2.3 liter capacity ) kadhai. it is having granite finish non stick durable coating. i am using it for past two years without any issue. it is having 5 layer non stick coating which make it quite durable. comes with flat base which make it compatible with gas of induction top. it comes in 240mm (2.3 liter) and 260mm (3.25liter) models, in the video the kadhai which is shown is 3.25 liter model. it is sufficient for 4 members family. prestige ttk gives 2 year warrenty on this kadhai. glass lid comes along with kadhai. it is 2.8mm thk. for non stick it is a good option to buy.
similar to above features hawkins non stick kadhai link amzn.to/3lx8jlD you can buy any one of these...both are having good quality of non stick coating. hawkins is 3.25mm thick whereas prestige is 2.8mm thickness. but i could not find any issue in prestige also i am using it for quite some time. only things to be taken care in non stick cookware is do not use any hard material to wash it, also spatula for steering food should be used of silicon material or wood. maintenence of non stick cookware is important for its life.

another fantastic option is to go for cast iron kadhai, above is midium side 2.5liter capacity 10inch kadhai, made of cast iron. make one food prepartion in iron kadhai is considered good for health. good thing is this kadhai comes with pre seasoning. further with time it will be seasoned with oil and very littel oil will get used to make food. after every issue for first few time you may need to apply some oil whilte sotring it to avoid rusting. indus velly is good brand and make lots of cast iron cookwares. it enriches iron content in our food.

नमस्कार बहन जी कढाई की धातुओं के बारे मे समझाया।अच्छा लगा।काफी सही जानकारी दी।लोहा और बीड के तवे ,कढाई बहुत अच्छे है।भारी होते है।हमारे यहाँ भी सालो पहले से लोहा और पीतल के उपयोग में है।कभी कोई पदार्थ जलते नहीं देखा।लोहे को सफाई बाद जरा सा तेल जरूर लगाकर रखना पडता है ।नहीं तो जंग पकड लेता है।और पीतल मे कलाई करना होती हैं। आपने चपटे और गोल पेंदी की कढाई का दूसरा प्रेक्टीकल पक्ष भी बताया।सराहनीय प्रयास है। हमारे यहां भी है यह। जानते है। देर तक खडे खडे खाना बनाने मे पैर दुखते है।विशेष कर घुटनों मे दर्द रहता है उनके लिये घूमने वाली कुर्सी अच्छी है।लेकिन रोटी बनाने,कढाई मे वस्तु भुनने में काफी समय लगता है।तब बार बार उठकर कैसे करेंगे ।कही कहीं किचन तो अब बहुत छोटे है कि ऐसा फर्नीचर रखने को स्थान भी तो चाहिए । हाकिन्स की कढाई का बताया।लेकिन क्या केवल हाकिन्स की ही अच्छी होती है ।और ब्राँण्ड का भी बताते तो उचित होता ताकि तुलनात्मक समझ सकते कि इसी का चयन क्यो फायदमन्द है। नानस्टिक मे चिपकता क्यो नही।इसकी कोटिंग किस मटेरियल की होती है ? यह मटेरियल भी तो चाहे बर्तन नया हो,खाद्य पदार्थ में कुछ तो मिलता ही होगा।आपने केवल खराब हुए नानस्टिक का ही बताया। लोहा,स्टील तो अच्छा है ही।दादी परदादी के समय से उपयोग में आरही।लेकिन स्टील की सुंदर कढाई में सब्जी बनाकर प्लास्टिक जैसी कढाई मे गरम गरम सर्व किया?पढा तो होगा कि प्लास्टिक वाले बर्तन में गरम व पका भोजन, पेय पदार्थ,गीली वस्तु के स्टोरेज के काम में लेना भी तो स्वास्थ्य के लिये हानिकारक होता है।लोग फालो करते हैं ।इसलिए बताना जरूरी समझा। इस विषय पर तो टीवी पर अनेक चेनल बताते रहते है। सकारात्मक विचार से लिखा कृ क्षमा करेगे धन्यवाद

हा हा.....देखिये मैंने कोशिश की सभी की अच्छाइयाँ और कमियां बता सकूँ , ये भी कोशिश की है की किस कड़ाई को काम में लेते समय क्या सावधानी रखनी चाहिए ये बता सकूँ, अगर आप बेस्ट कड़ाई लेना चाहते है तो try Ply स्टील कड़ाई ले सकते हैं, अगर बजट फ्रेंडली और durable चाहते है तो लोहे के ले लें, अगर midum रेंज एंड लौ आयल कुकिंग कढ़ाई चाहते है और आपको मालूम है इसे कैसे संभल कर रखना है तो नॉन स्टिक ले ले. विडिओ देखने के लिए शुक्रिया

jahan tak mujhe pata hai vinod steel and inalsa brand name me platinum use karte hain.......but it is same triply strainless steel cookwares.......top layer food grade stainless steel hoti hai, middle aluminum, and bottom induction friendly SS again.......so techanically it is same.......you just have to choose right brand as per your need like vinod / inalsa / prstiege / howkins etc. there are many options avialble in market.

Krutika ji thanks for watching the video.....we should use minimum amount of ghee / cooking oil in our daily food preparations....because it contains saturated fat...and excess quantity may not be good for heart...also promotes weight gain....but small qty if ok. 1. Ghee... I prefere COW ghee.....colour of cow ghee is yellowish which baffalo ghee is white in colour.......i found patanjali / gowardhan ghee are good... amzn.to/3goq2fh ..... also making ghee at home is also very easily....i'll make video on this... 2. Cooking Oil......recommended is to use different cooking oils like mustered / soybean/ groundnut / sunflower etc instead of using continuous same oil.......for deep frying i am using saffola gold amzn.to/32ueKxE........also these days many brands come with cold press oil making process, its also good....you may try one....amzn.to/2QEh3vJ.......also i would suggest check if you have some cold pressed mill near by from there you may buy freshly made cold pressed oil.

Gravy wali sabji ki bjay bhindi ki sukhi sabji kam oil mein ya allu ki sukhi sabji kam oil mein bna ke bataein. Mujhe lagta hai ki sukhi sabji chipak jaegi usme dale hue masale puri kadai mein chipak jaenge aur kadai ka dum nikal jaega.

Bilkul nahi,Steel is different and Aluminium is different।Lein Base is triply ,means ३ layers top steel middle aluminium and bottom steel.So aluminium will not react with your food

I would say in tava you go for cast iron tava or iron tava....That would be most useful and best....Only little maintenance you need in that.....In stainless steel tri ply....Kadhai is best option....Kyuki kadhai me hum bahut kuch banate hai jaise curry wali sabji tamatar ya lemon ya amchor ki khathai wali sabji....Wo sab iron kadhai me possible nahi hai......Jabki tava use hota hai sirf roti ya dosa banane mein

सबसे कम तेल लोहे की कढ़ाई में ही लगती है,ननसटीक कढ़ाई से भी कम लगती है,मैंने युज किया है दोनों ही, इसलिए मुझे लोहे कुछ कढ़ाई ज्यादा पसन्द हे,शबजी नहीं चिपकती।

मैडम अगर आप हाकिंस क. की कड़ाही के प्रचार करने के लिए इतनी सारी बातें बोल रहीं हैं तो ये एकदम अलग बात है। आपको ऐसा करने का पुरा अधिकार है। मगर जहां तक कड़ाही के गुण अवगुण की बात है और कोई 100 % हेल्थकंसेस है तो उस व्यक्ति को मिट्टी की कड़ाही में ही खाना बनाना चाहिए। उसके बाद अगर किसी कड़ाही का न. आता है तो वो है कास्ट आईरन की कड़ाही। पीछले काफी समय से इसका इस्तेमाल होते आया है और कभी कहीं कोई कम्पलेन आज तक नहीं आया। कोई अगर अपनी किचेन को सचमुच सर्वोत्तम बनाना चाहता है तो उसे आज से 70 वर्ष पीछे जाना होगा। उस समय रसोई में लोहा, पीतल, तांबा और फूल के ही बर्तन हुआ करते थे। आधुनिक सारे धातुओं के बर्तन को हटा दीजिए और इन्हीं चार धातुओं से बने हुए बर्तन इस्तेमाल कीजिए। इसके साथ साथ रिफाइंड को भी सदा के लिए अलविदा कहना न भूलेंगे।

agar single layer steel hai....aur agar steel patla hai to haan sabji jal jayegi agar baar baar nahi hilayi........to oil jyada use karna padega............triply steel mein kam oil use hota hai....

राधा जी विडिओ देखने केलिए शुक्रिया , जी है लोहे की कढ़ाई अच्छा ऑप्शन है, लेकिंन टमाटर या नीबू या दूसरी खट्टी चीजे बनाने के लिए लोहे की कढ़ाई बेस्ट नहीं कहा सकते, अगर कढ़ाई कास्ट आयरन या फिर सिरफ लोहे की बानी है तो उसे ऑइलिंग की जरुरत पड़ती है , हाँ लेकिंग लम्बे समय तक उसे करने के बाद वो नैचुरली seasoned हो जाती है मतलब तेल उसकी साथ पर ाची से अब्सॉर्ब हो जाता है जिससे उसमें जंग नहीं लगती , ऐसा लम्बे समय तक उसे करने के बाद होता है, अगर आप लोहे की नयी कढ़ाई खरीदेंगे तो उसे धोने के बाद ऑइलिंग करना पड़ेगा। आगे भी वीडियो देखते रहे पसंद आये तो आपने दोस्तों के साथ शेयर करे और सब्सक्राइब जरूर करें। शुभकामनाये

non stick is very bad. even if we can't see micro particles get ingested without exception. aluminium is also not so good. iron and earthen vessels are best
