I am practicing it and have issue of balancing during switch front to back

Try to get comfortable with the intermediate steps. For the balance in front-to-back switch, it really helps to kick the free leg behind and lean the body forward. Also: practice doing this switch with both legs on the ground and lean the body forward and push the one leg more back while keeping it on the ground. 🙌
