goosebumps goosebumps goosebumps...this song is so unbelievably good. i just witnessed them live this summer and it was pure magic. for me this kind of music works far better on stage than from cd, but this song is an exception

I love your interpretation of the video! A little geographical additive: Someone said in a youtube comment, that if you let loose something from that waterfall called Skógafoss you will probably see it again soon at the shores at Reynisfjara (I hope I wrote them right). Those are the shores where the video started. For me it adds to the meaning of the video a lot. Thx for the video guys

Looks like it's her life that she's letting loose by going into the coffin and falling down to her demise in it, though. Furthermore, the lyrics are basically about someone contemplating a suicide. So maybe the baggage was too much for her in the end.

great song iam icelandic and i see you talked about Skálmöld wich is icelandic most popular band at least in iceland,,, the singer in Sólstafir sings one song with Skálmöld on there debut album even,, if you are interested picking one song from skálmöld to do reaction i would pick from the show they did with the icelandic orchestra my favorite from that show is HEL brilliant song with guests female singer who is in a blackmetal band, keep up the good work really enjoy your guys reaction

My interpretation of the video is aboslutely not in christian origins, but more in pagan icelandic tradition. The video is about loss and coming to terms with that, how you drag around your emotions but one along the way you are confronted with your loss and get some kind of closure. Iceland has a rich history of ghost stories and that really shines through the video. The ghost is walking along with the coffin at the first half of the video, and at the waterfall the ghost is confronting her, hugging her, telling her she is going to be allright and doesn't have to keep dragging that thing around anymore. The ghost is the person in the coffin that the girl has lost. Thanks for doing this reaction vid!

Beautiful interpretation. To me she is going through some changes. Ever since the star the video shows her dragging something to somewhere. Maybe the video is trying to tell that changes take time, and that is why you are never the same person at the start and in the end.

there are many takes regarding this song my take is that wamminz are too dumb to invent sleds, wheels, or quite literally anything, and would instead pull needless weight and call their struggle important and brave
