Ingredients
For dough
1 1/2 cups wheatflour
1 tbs caromseeds
Salt to taste
1 tbs oil
Water as per needed
Stuffing
1 tbs oil
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp half crushed dry coriander seeds and saune
1/4 tsp cumin
3 pinches asafetida
1/4 tsp haldi
3 boiled potatoes
1 chopped medium onion
2 chopped green chilled
1 tsp ginger-chilly paste
8-10 curry leaves
1/2 tsp aamchur
1/4 tsp garam masala
1 tsp dhaniya powder
Salt to taste
1/2 cup chopped coriander
1/4 cup chopped mint leaves
Ghee for roasting
