Sálvora

Sálvora is a white wine made in the Rías Baixas with the local Albariño grape with 12.5% alcohol content. Only 2,000 bottles of this wine from a centenary vineyard are produced. The wine is pure, subtle, precise, citric, mineral, fresh, tasty and salty. It ferments and matures in French oak foudres. Absolutely delicious!
