I really appreciate your comment, but primarily try to understand the basic concept that the law is different to various offences ranging from minor to major in its gravity so are the punishments for those. In the cases specified herein above cheating, fraud etc, and death by negligence is involved so now the accused persons are on bail so let the police investigate and submit their report and finally it will be the court which will decide after trial and please do not be in a hurry to come to the conclusion that the justice is denied, it can be said that justice is delayed perhaps and never will or shall be denied! And please do take note of the aspect that normal public will not be able to understand the day to day proceedings of the court and progress of the case and as I said all you get to see over social media or other platforms forms are not true and in case if you are interested you can get the certified copies of the case documents and verify those and only then you will be able to comprehend the true aspects of the matter and no oral statement can replace material evidences.
