Sorry! Yes it's very easy. A tin like that has a loose bottom so it just comes right out!

Its easier if u get rid of the excessive dough before baking it

I like to remove it after so I can get as neat of an edge as possible. I sometimes find the dough shrinks otherwise!

After the first baking is done yes otherwise if you cut then bake, the pastry will shrink

Um...ok. weird way for meringue. You only need to beat the eggs to soft peaks then keep mixing while gradually adding sugar. No need to cook the whites. You can't get sick from eggs at all. It's the shell that can cause salmonella because of the chickens stomachs and where the eggs pass out
