Kabita's Kitchen kabita di humari family b UP se hi hai . Currently mai Canada me rehti hu but har sal ja kar visit karti hu mummy papa ko. Humare yaha snacks me bhuja chana aur Ganne k juice me dahi mix kar ke peete hai. Bachpan me mai naak sikod leti hai Ye sab dekh k but an jab jati hu to yehi sab khati hu. Aapne try kiya hai kya Ye combination?! Agar nahi to zaroor try kijiyega. Up aur Bihar ki sadgi ki hi uski asli khoobsurti hai.

I'm from Argentina (South America) and I'm learning a lot with you!!! I have already made some of your recipes and I loved them. I have problems with calculating the time for pressure cooker...You always say 1 or 2 whistles but mine doesn't do that in the same way, but other than that, I can follow your recipes even though I don't understand almost anything what you say (and it sounds so nice! I like it) but the translation and images are super clear and I have no problems! THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you are cooking for one person, it won't cook in 1-2 whistles. Always go for more whistles as less amount of stuff takes more time. For rice I go for 2-3 whistles on high flame and then 3-4 on low flame, then only does it get cooked. You shall go according to what works for you 🙂

For some reason my pressure cooker doesn't do that.. It does whistle but randomly so I always have to take the time instead of counting whistles

Thank you for making Bihari Thali😋😋 Love the way you make cooking easy... Also one suggestion.. most of the Bihari recipes are cooked in Mustard oil.. and try using paste of ginger, garlic, little peppercorns and little Jeera... It enhance the taste of sabji.. thank you
