9-ಉಪ್ಪು -2 ಟೇಬಲ್ ಸ್ಪೂನ್

4-Toor daal-150 gram
5-Zeera (cumin seeds)-150 gram
6-Black pepper-100 gram
7-Mustard seeds-50 geam
8-Methi(Fenugreek)-50 gram
9-Rice-100 gram
10-Salt-2 table spoon
11-Curry leaves-50gram or(1cup)
12-Spicy Red chilly whole-500 gram
13-Guntur red chilly whole-500 gram
14-Kashmir red chilly-50 gram
15-Turmeric whole-50 gram
16-Cinnamon(dalchini) -2 inch
17-cloves(laung)-20piece

Above mentioned ingredients are used to make the traditional samber powder at home.
Making process:
First of all Separately roasting all this ingredients at low flame as shown in this video, after roasting this ingredients let it completly cool, after cooling slightly crush the red chilly and mix all ingredients properly.
grind this mixture in grinding mill like smooth powder.
Store at air tight(steel/plastic) box, when this samber powder completly cooled.
