There are three types of leavening and the leavening meathod explained in this video is the most netural meathod without using Baking soda, Baking Powder or Yeast. This is used across making pastry sheets, Cakes, Whipping cream etc.,

Is Yeast good or bad for health??

As long as you not eating too much it’s not bad. When you bake all the yeast will die after doing the service to make the cake/bread fluffy. So in baked item we eat only dead yeast, so nothing to worry.

Not exactly, method depends on ingredients.. we might be using at-least 2 methods in most preperation.

Hello Friend. Yeast use pannuna cake romba fluffya bread maathiri irukkum. Fluffya cake panna 3 options irukku. 1) Baking Powder - Best option 2) Baking Soda 3) Egg - Egg nalla beat pannanum. example, intha recipe paarunga - semma fluffya cake pannirupom - kzbin.info/www/bejne/j5CWqI2neJ6srtE If you do not want to use baking powder or soda and if you do not eat cake, try "flax egg" purely vegetarian. What will happen if the yeast left open for hours or for the whole night.

If yeast is mixed with any source that has sugar, it will start fermenting. Longer you leave it will ferment and produce alcohol. When you leave the dough with yeast longer, it will over ferment and will get foul smell.
