Not only city. In Barangay outside the city have garbage segragation and collection every week. No plastic bag sa palengke only eco bag. Try to visit outside the city.

hi guys, love watching your videos. I'm a new subscriber and plan on coming to Iloilo this November. I'm flying into Cebu from Texas, spend a week sightseeing, then on to Iloilo. Was wondering if flying from Cebu to Iloilo is better than the ferry? I love the ocean, so maybe the ferry (I've done enough flying for a while). I'm learning about Iloilo through your eyes. I find Iloilo to be a much better fit for an older man of 74 than in Cebu. I'll be looking for a nice furnished condo to start, then perhaps a small house later on. I like the infrastructure, less traffic than Cebu, less pollution, and not as crowded. I plan on doing some walking, helps stay fit, and possibly get a bicycle to use for transportation. Are there expat areas there or are they scattered all over Iloilo?

Hello, husband here. You seem to have the right idea about iloilo. Everything you mentioned is why I decided to move my family here. There are plenty of walking areas and far less traffic, population, and pollution than cebu. I can't speak to expat areas or groups because we haven't been here long enough to establish ourselves, I learned alot about iloilo from another expat from Texas, he gas a youtube channel called "Texas filipino" you should check out his channel. I'm sure you could learn a lot from it. I enjoy the ferry more than flying, but it takes much longer and fewer trips. All depends on your schedule. Cheers, safe travels.

Maam,gala ka din sa outside city mga old chuches. lalo sa southern part ng Iloilo ..kpag Christmas nm. sa Pototan town kasi andun ung may Christmas Festival or Iwag. ..or pwede din sa Bucari ,leon. kung gusto nu ng mala Baguo vibes
