Ingredients of Green Mango Chutney:
1. Kancha Aam/ Green Mango cut in to long pcs with peel (2 medium pcs).
2. Turmeric powder.
3. Panch phoron.
4. 1 dry chilli.
5. 1 bay leaf.
6. Sugar.
7. Salt.
8. Mustard oil.
9. Roasted masala powder.
Methods of how to make Green Raw Mango Chutney:
1. Boiled the green mango for 5 min.
2. Heat the pan adds 2 tbsp mustard oil.
3. Add ¼ tsp of panch phoron, 1 dry chilli, and 1 bay leaf. Fry 15 to 20 sec.
4. Add boiled green mangoes. Mixed it well.
5. Add ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, and ¼ tsp roasted masala powder. Mixed it well.
6. Now add 2cups water. Cook in medium flame.
7. When boiled add ½ cup sugar. Cook in high flame.
8. After 1 min check the sugar. Add more as per your taste.
9. Spread ½ tsp roasted masala powder. Mixed it well.
10. Put off gas oven. Close the lid for 5 min.
11. Green mango chutney is ready.
