Exactly what I've been wondering! do Herrschers even actually exist in Mars and Venus? Sena did but were there other? Obvs honkai is there so if Honkai has a confirmed existence Herrschers r bound to appear too. From GGZ and HI3 we know the Herrschers order were irregular up until the PE to CE when PE made it so that CE and PE would have the same Herrscher roster. In GGZ like HI3 the Herrschers never had specific orders, they just spawn whichever elements or possible counter to what Humanity has achieved (ex Humanity grew so much in technology HoC came, Humanity had countered all elements type so Honkai resorted to Sentience, Dom/Legion and Binding etc to get them) if they do exist in Pt 2. I wonder what they're called or even what Herrschers r in Mars bcuz only PE and CE has the same Herrschers in both Era, wonder what Honkai did to Mars back then tbh

I don't think Cocoon gave them Herrschers like they did on Earth. All planets don't have herrschers except Earth. Cocoon gave them different tests for each Planet they need for them to embrace. All of them have Honkai energies, but they all take in a different way, like Venus with moon rocks and Mars with Shadows. Until then, we'll know what will they do in this planet.

Because they don't. It's too much waste of time to voice all of seven years of content. It's also a niche game like most other gacha games that are not Genshin, or at least know who their audience is. It's better to carry on until the end.
