Sir you are giving quick analysis after the matches , but not 100% accurate with facts. As per the final match that held between Ind and SA . Initially the boundary line is pushed away from the marked line by Anrich Nortje while trying to stop the boundary while India is batting during the powerplay. In this case , the cusion is on top of the marked line but it was moved away.
