Nobody remembers ol' Christopher Belmont these days, but he more than secured his position as a great Belmont in my mind with the excellent course-correction that was Belmont's Revenge. Plus the guy was tough enough to strike down Drac like a champ in spite of his advanced age after being forced to take to the battlefield once more when Drac assumed that brainwashing Chris' successor would assure him victory. That has to count for something.

I LOVE this, good old memories. Yet, I sucked so bad at this game that the only tune I remember is this 1 because I never lasted long enough after the 1st area to memorize the music. Every time I played this, it was just this tune. Every time. Should I be happy or unhappy, I'm still not sure...!

The original music was composed by Shigeru Fukutake, Norio Hanzawa and Hidehiro Funauchi (it's not known who exactly composed which song in the game but those 3 guys worked as musicians for Castlevania: The Adventure). This remix here was made by S.S.H. (Saitama Saisyu Heiki).

You don't happen to know where to find the original mp3 file for this song? Looks like every trace of this SSH remix has gone missing except for this very video. Can't even see it on the .txt archive on the SSH fansite nor on any other databases. Edit: Well, duh, no wonder it isn't to be found anywhere when the guy you argued with was in fact 100% correct.
