OP did not go to far. The company has these random drug tests for a reason! Flight Attendants are responsible for a plane load of people's safety and it's paramount they not be intoxicated or high that could interfere in the case of an emergency. The fact that he found out that someone was faking tests for his sister should have been reported as soon as he found out! He may have saved many lives because if her contact was doing it for her he was probably dong it for many others at the same time! I worked emergency dispatch and I would be tested and that's because you always have to be aware of what is going on around you or around your people on the ground.

As someone who been involved with the aviation field for over a decade (military and ground support mechanic) I know for a fact that every position is extremely important. Even though sometimes it seems it’s not. In a aircraft it can take the smallest error to quickly change. She had a job that is supposed to keep most situations calm and keeping the passengers safe.
