It's so bad, that it's actually causing some uproar. I can barely run it 30 fps 1080p on a 3070 and somehow it feels like crap, not like 30 fps should. Only thing making it feel smooth is the AMD frame generation. The industry is going to the dumpster :(

@@PandemicGameplayor so you think. They’ve really gone alot farther than most, considering this is an open world with no loading screens, even when going on bunkers/labs. Thing is software ray tracing is always active. This is tech mostly for 2000 series cards and up. 1060s are now outdated and wont be able to run any modern game.
