Yeah, even on my trashass laptop I can have some good settings before I go into the low 20s, and this game puts others ive played to shame on performance, in most cases it actually looks BETTER and still runs better than those other games being at 640x480 (480p)

@@vvsnishant yes, but i don't think its supposed to be pitch black in the starter house in broad daylight, sure i get being domed by laser bandits (thats just my normal luck in any fps) but im pretty sure pitch black house with windows in broad daylight isn't quite right, right?, my pc's, max brightness in just about every pc's dim night mode...and thats an acer nitro 5, which to be honest is unreliable, its okay, but poorly optimised making its specs unusable to determine if it can run a game...seriouslt i can run halo 4 max settings at 70+ fps but new vegas on average settings and im stuck at 38 fps before my pc starts to get close to overheat, some days i play beamng some days its fine solid and consistent 40fps, other days its bogged down at 15fps despite the fact im on the same car on the same map in the same condition, basically, my pc is an unreliable pile of scrap, what it calls bright is what you call super dim....it means i cannot do anything at night, even when im in a well lit area, i mean i have made a start...gotta restart as i lost all my money on a job because the client of my client died and so i got some coordinates for stash that i had to gear up to get to only for it to expire as i was buying ammo and more medical supplies...also im extremely bad at just about any game, got ant tips to make it a cake walk...or do i have to become the scopeless sniper? and sorry for the rant, but my pc's wifi card had packed up a few months ago and the dongle im relying on keeps timing out, combine that with just about every other problem my pc is giving me its become kinda hard not to

You know you can hold ak with one hand without any problems even if you're not very strong, don't you? That reload would be better for some king of LMG which weights 1.5-2 times more than ak (RPK for example) but not for the usual ak itself

@@ttgexe Maybe they're letting the community take care of that part. Check out STALKER Anomaly Weapon Overhaul mod. It's still not complete but it makes a lot of the guns especially the AK-types use more uniform, Tarkov-esque reloads plus a couple of changes to weapon behaviour. Also adds guns from other Anomaly addons.

Slapping it is fun, but I usual wrap my hand around the handguard with my thumb places over the bolt handle. You can just push down with your thumb and immediately resituate your hand if need be. If I'm working fast, it can almost look like I'm pushing my whole hand forward as I release the bolt.

Damn, the reloads are super inconsistent when it comes to sound and quality... some are actually well animated and sounds good, then other sounds and look terrible, like the over/under shotgun, I'm sorry but the sound of that thing is atrocious. 1:59 I swear I've seen that reloading on many left 4 dead mods for shotguns, that's weird. 5:33 this is the COD 4 M4 reload but manually loading the bolt. 7:01 I also saw this one somewhere, but not sure where exactly... I mean at least it's free, but those thing are super noticeable though.

It's a mod at the end, the weapon pack from Anomaly uses some weapons from really insanely old mods from STALKER, that's reason why some animations looks insanely bad or are ripped from other games. Nothing new, just modding being modding like always have been.

@@Rammaken Yeah that's what I imagined and it's perfectly understandable, and I'm not gonna say the game is bad for just a few animations that's for sure, it's seriously impressive seeing a stand alone free to play mod for a huge game such as Stalker, and the amount of options it has legit BLEW MY MIND. Besides maybe on the future they can add some more unique animations that are better, there's already a mod for it which is super well done so yeah. Amazing mod, definitely, it's like Cry of fear all over again in a way.

I do agree with that, but then it becomes to Easy to gain good weapons, or maintaining your gun becomes pointless But also guys with really high end gear should also give you at least gear with better durability Makes sense that a poor ass loner have a trash gun Not so much a mercenary or monolith with exoskeleton and a friking railgun to have trash equipment

@@Elinzar Yes, you're right, but i played Stalker anomaly you see, and litteraly all the weapons i found were fucking useless and i killed mercs, duty boys, freedomers, loners, monolithans. And none of them had a single fucking usefull weapon. It becomes too much about grinding artifacts and mutant parts to get some money.

I started to collect some of that guns and store in back packs. Then start to located weapons repair kits and weapons parts to fully restore the gun. I like the concept but still pretty hard. but makes sense because everthing is hard in this game, but rewarding too

@@lucanhenrique7457 after playing for a bit more i realised that weapon durability goes way up with how much you progress in the game and specially when you fight the Mo[redacted] i reached guns that tops at 41% and i get consistently guns in the 30% range, also is way cheaper to repair a decently battered gun (or exo) than buy it from a vendor most of the times so i guess i understand the mecanics of it and makes sense and contributes to the need to keep your gear repaired and maintained but i still think a an improvement to the normal distribution of the durability of the weapons you get could be a sweet addition

Everyone talking about sounds, but the main problem that this is a fan-made weapon pack for the game, and it's totally free. The weapon pack called StCoP, and probably used for Call of Pripyat (the original game from trilogy, and probably the base for the mod Call of Chernobyl, which is base to the Anomaly. For those who didn't know, so it's probably can be easily downloaded on the Anomaly, because it uses Call of Pripyat engine. For me, better is Gunslinger btw, cause it's for CoP to though.)

You would need a really garbage-ass gun to damage it from putting a fully loaded magazine on a closed bolt. You gonna have a hard time seating it all the way up, but you not gonna damage anything. Also, the HK slap is not necessary and in fact in doesn't do anything at all other than make you look cooler during reload.

@@fudge7534 The complaint here isn’t that they are unable to animate but more so that the animations and sounds are taken from other games and mods, not that they’re poorly animated. However the animations are VERY low quality for the ones that are not taken, take the revolver for example. I may not be able to animate so I have no right to complain but I do respect the effort of which that goes into animating, however I have an eye for what goes in to good viewmodels and what makes them good so screw you it’s fun to criticize and say which animations are good and what aren’t.
