just a tip you walk by these little whiteish grayish boxes that are on shelves and on top of bigger crates and such that you can break with a knife or other melee weapon and those boxes often have loot in them

the white an blue cases? while you are correct that they sometimes drop random loot, I feel like the wooden crates have better chances of dropping items, but doesnt mean you should ignore either. Also holding down " F "(by default) will show text where items are in your vicinity, making it easier to spot items in tall grass or in cluttered rooms.

you don't even need to waste knive durability on them, just drop them to the floor and jump on top of them and they will pop open.

I assume they are all just MP3 files and not actual mutants and monsters, doubt the game renders things that far away lol. Just imagine they are actual things though, god, hearing a scream or such from a mutant from a distance and then all of the sudden it just rushes you, Id piss my pants that's for sure XD.

So used to playing Fallout franchise so much that when I transitioned to Stalker Anomaly, I always take anti-radiation drugs whenever I see a body of water - ONLY to find out that the water is not radioactive. I was so happy when I saw that, but instantly got jumped by a Pseudo Dog 😂.

This mod is standalone so no need any stalker games to be able to play this, you can download this stalker anomaly mod from moddb website, just write in google stalker anomaly and you will see moddb website, instalation is very easy, should not be anything complicated.

There should be no install process it’s just extract and play. But you might need some DirectX files from years back, if you google around it’s a common problem. :)

What settings do you run in anomaly? Getting good frames in all the early areas but places like zaton, or playing in warfare mode is pretty rough.

Wait a second.....That first quest you did...ive done that one quite a few times over a few different updates with Anomaly and every time I do, that whole area is blanketed in some serious radiation...yet your meter never went off nor did you get any. Im so confused, did they remove the radiation pockets there? Is it randomly generated like anomalies? So weird that there was absolutely no radiation there for you.

Provak repack has some more dual render scopes which is cool but in my experience it can be hard to get some mods to work with it unfortunately. Worth having a look at though, they release videos on each release. EDIT: Ofc slapping on a good reshade helps a bunch.

Yes, from mostly a story standpoint, not too mention, it would be good to play them for Stalker 2, as the devs have mentioned that playing the original games will be beneficial for the story. Anomaly is an open world game with plenty to do, as well as a narrative as well, but I believe it is set after the events of the main games, so playing those would be a good idea.
