Thanks Guruji! Though I didn't go through Valmiki Ramayana but I always doubted the intention behind agni pariksha as it turned not only Ram but everyone witnessing Agnipariksha including Sita just too dumb which doesn't sit well with rest of the story. Even if we look at Ramayana as just an epic the intention of Agniparkisha as mostly narated by all doesn't make sense, coz even Ravan's character had such nuances including the good n bad. But the Agnipariksha just made every character look so uni-dimensional which is a deviation from how Valmiki develops the characters. The problem is that we have become too daft to understand the simple thing that Hindu shastras n epics have much inputs on psychology and sociology. Even if we look at it from our personal experiences I have never come across any decent relationship where a man has abandoned his wife & that too a wife who is a queen. Though from my personal experience after every huge fight I have seen my Mum packing her bags, same with every normal woman I've come across. So the character of Ram n Sita w.r.t agnipareeksha didn't make sense. Now after watching your videos it just makes perfect sense. Any man can die for the woman they love but Ram being the God sacrificed his legacy for centuries to prove Sita's divinity. Without Agnipariksha Sita charitra would have become just another Bollywood heroine's role i.e abala nari who's always saved by a hero & she would have remained a common woman. But by asking for agni pariksha Ram not only played on the psyche of Rakshashis who wouldn't have believed in Ram if he were to speak for Sita but for generations Ram willingly sacrificed his legacy to criticism. And Sita in turn proved her divinity. My conclusion from this is that even dogs can give up their lives for the ones they love but only Gods/Godesses can give up their afterlife for the one they love. Thanks for the great explanation. Right sir. Thulasidas and many other justfied Sita's Agni Pareeksha with the concept of Maya Sita. But still Agnipareeksha remain an unwanted part in Ramayana.

Guruji mujhe aaj tak agni pariksha ka tuk samajh nahi aaya. Lagta hai koi aise hi likh diya hoga jisse Ram Katha sunane wale log kabhi Mata Sita par kabhi sandeh karne naa lag jaye jaisa Ayodhya ki praja kar rahi thi. Dusra ye maan lun ki jo janma hai wo har jagah se shudhha nahi ho sakta chahe wo avtar hi kyun naa ho. Kripya meri varshon purani vyatha shant karne ki kripa karen.

Bhai mata sita ke baare mai toh bas yeh kathaye hai kyoki unhe apna satitva batane ke liye aur un vidhvao aur Lanka ki praja ko satya batane ke liye hai . Uska ye matlab hota hai ki usme humein sikh Ayodhya ki praja se leni chahiye ki kaise behave nai karna chahiye, ki kisi ko bina jaane prejudice nai karni chahiye & gossip nai karni chahiye. Agar aap kisi ko uske kapde se, uske skin color se, uske background etc se judge karte ho na ki uske baare mein jaan ke to aap wohi kar rahe ho jo Ayodhya ki praja ne kiya tha. Its sad we try to criticise Ram's character but we are not Kings. Ram ka character se compare karna hai to aap ye dekho ki aapke ghar mein ya office mein jo kaam karta hai uske liye kya aap apni family ko less priority doge e.g Kya aap apni family ka vacation plan cancel karke apne maid ko extra paise doge? Ramayan ho ya Mahabharat dono sirf ye nai sikhate ki perfect character kya hota hai but ye bhi ki negative characteristics kya hoti hain aor uska end kya hota hai. Ravan was also much knowledgeable n great shiv bhakt, aaj paida hota to sab ek kidnapping ignore marte aor ye bolte ki usne sone ki lanka baniye hai to great hai.
