I think good engineering/ medical/ management courses are available in india for the deserving students. Fees is also affordable. Going to Canada Australia or England to " study " even those courses which are just normal ( like accountancy and hotel management) means that education was not the aim. Settling in those countries are the real purpose. Study is just an excuse.
