全世界興行収入は20億ドル（2200億円／1ドル110円換算）を突破し、歴代4位（8月8日現在）。日本でも興収37億円を超える大ヒットを記録した『アベンジャーズ／インフィニティ・ウォー』。この映画の先行デジタル配信がいよいよ本日8月8日にリリースとなるが、これを記念し、本編より6分を超えるプレビュー映像が解禁となった。
本作は、アイアンマン、キャプテン・アメリカ、ソーら、これまで地球の危機を幾度となく救ってきた最強ヒーローチーム“アベンジャーズ”と、宇宙にうごめく悪の背後に存在し続けてきた最凶最悪の＜ラスボス＞サノスとの壮絶な戦いを描いたアクション大作。
解禁となった映像は、『アベンジャーズ』シリーズに初登場したガーディアンズ・オブ・ギャラクシーのメンバーと、アベンジャーズのメンバーであるソーが、偶然宇宙で初対面をはたしタッグを組むシーン。
サノスに宇宙船を襲われて弟のロキを失い、精神的にも肉体的にも傷を負った雷神ソーは、銀河一“ヤバい”落ちこぼれチーム、ガーディアンズの宇宙船に拾われる。ソーは、マンティスの頭に生えた触覚による特殊能力によって起こされると、「お前たち、何者だ？」と警戒しながら問いかける。
やがて、同じ敵サノスを追っていることがわかり、打ち解けていくソー。6つ集めれば世界を滅ぼす無限の力を手に入れられると言われるインフィニティ・ストーンを集めるサノスを止めるために、ガーディアンズたちは二手にわかれて行動することに。
この映像の見どころは、シリアスな展開と、ガーディアンズたちが繰り広げる独特でコミカルな掛け合いのギャップ！ サノスの養女ガモーラによってサノスの野望が「人口を半分にして宇宙の不均衡を正すこと」で、6つのインフィニティ・ストーンを集めたら「指を鳴らすだけ」でサノスがその野望を実現できることが明かされるなど、本作でとても重要になる要素が語られる。

Nah, I think it's the opposite, he knew Thanos wouldn't kill them. Keep in mind that despite Thor being against him, Thanos didn't have a personal grudge and didn't kill him. After Gamora's explanation of Thanos' aim, I'm sure he knew Thanos wasn't just killing people that were against him and the real aim was to kill half the population, which means he knew Thanos most likely wasn't going to kill the few Guardians going there, otherwise it would betray his goal; at random, dispassionate, fair to rich and poor alike.

And in all honesty quill would’ve lost that fight, quill lost his mother, father figure, and was forced to kill his father while Thor lost his mother, father, brother, homeworld, many of his friends (warriors three and hiemdal), and was forced to kill his sister by initiating ragnarock. Cant wait for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, since Thor joined them at the end of endgame. I also love the part in endgame, at the very beginning of the film, when Iron Man and Nebula we're playing paper football, and when you barely catch Nebula smiling for a split second, since she beat him...and Tony Stark says: "And you win, Congratulations...fair game, that was fun, good sport." Nebula replied: "It was fun." Since Thanos treated her like she was a failure, where Iron Man was the best father figure she ever had, just for that brief moment...priceless..loved it. Karen Gillan playing her role as Nebula, made her one of the best characters in the MCU to watch on screen. ;)

I like how Thor believed in Vision and Dr. Strange that they would keep the stones safe with the help of the rest of the Avengers whom he realized was a growing team (Vision, Wanda, Rhodey, and Sam joining the team last time Thor was on Earth). Unfortunately he didn't know the Avengers broke up which was a major factor for them losing the stones. Also in the first Avengers movie, I like how Thor showed respect to Cap, Stark, and Banner when he told Fury "I thought humans were more evolved than this... you treat your champions with such mistrust". Even though Thor didn't really like them at the time, he recognized and respected them as Earth's champions, coming from his Asgardian warrior/protector mentality. You see the same mentality in Cap when he told Ross "Earth just lost her best defender (Tony), so we're here to fight". Asgard didn't have corrupt, power-hungry government agencies like SHIELD, HYDRA, and Secretary Ross, to put down their own defenders. I'm pretty sure Odin and Thor would have none of that
