Maame grace beating your wife with the finger or scarf is not found anywhere it’s a lie it’s strictly says “beat them, strike them, admonish them, hit them, these are the four words in the English translations and in some it adds “slightly” to it. Search for the verse and read it yourself please. Quran(surah An-nisa 4:34 it has nothing specific authorized to use in beating the wives
