Thanks for the great review of the Scott trench coat. Having been a huge fan of trench coats I’ve found the Sézane version to be the best so far. The khaki color looks so beautiful in your video. I saw this in the NYC but the lighting didn’t flatter the color and I ended up ordering the beige color. Beige is class and a versatile neutral but I do feel the drive to shake it up a bit a go with not so usual/traditional trench coat colors.

Do you have any knowledge on any other trench coats that are of this khaki/ military greenish colour (that is not over-sized)? I think Burberry used to have some couple years back but they stopped production. Wanted to explore other options beyond Sézane..

Now that you've had this coat a while, how do you feel about how waterproof it is? What level of warmth does it provide? I live in Seattle and it's often drizzly, but not very cold here. It gets a bit difficult to find the right coat!

Lovely trench! A classic trench coat has been on my wishlist for years, but am having trouble finding a good one since I'm so short (150cm)... 😮‍💨🥲 But the Schott is gorgeous! Love the khaki and navy 😍

For me in the UK this is perfect for Spring and Autumn and better in the rain than the Johnson or another wool coat :)

Hi! Question for you, I just bought the Scott trench and it's fitting perfectly even a tad big, but pulls at little when driving or holding up my arms, I think going up a size would be too big though , what do you think?

Hey! Ooh tricky one! I think if like you say it’s already on the bigger side I probably wouldn’t want to go up as it may just be too big and the sleeves too long etc? Depends how much of a deal breaker it is for you that it’s pulling slightly in those scenarios. I know some people who have it did size up one or two sizes but I think that’s because they prefer the more oversized silhouette. So also depends what you prefer 😊 let me know what you decide!

I just had this trench delivered, it is typical for them to spray perfume all over the trench? Also there are rain spots on it I presume that it is a used item. This is terrible on their end for product quality control. I can tell it is used based on the amount of perfume they sprayed

@@KaleHello not too true with this one. This one is top of the line thicker material and fully lined. Throw a blazer or jumper on underneath and you should be plenty warm and comfy.
