the great thing about catch and release is that the fish actually love having a sharp object jammed thru their mouth and then dragged into your boat. When a fish fights for freedom its not fighting to actually be free, it likes to play.......in other words...eat the fish, half of them die of heart attacks anyway so what are you accomplishing...EAT the fish ...catch em and eat them like a man.
