Great BIRD HOUSE, like the details, kudos and a question, going to build one for my girlfriend Doris's place. Will be doing a two 3/4 layer base with picket fence (Probably out of ice cream pop sticks,) matching the the faux picket fence attached to the shed that I did for her last year. Colors to match. Is this just for looks are do you build for certain birds. I noticed a few flaws that after a while your probably going to have rotten wood in a couple years if it's out in the wheather. As far as looks I give you a 10

They say practice makes perfect; your editing skills just got bumped up a notch or two. And holy crap, I absolutely LOVE THE BIRDHOUSE! A friend of ours, who's staying at our house for awhile, just caught the end of the video and he too thought the project looks awesome. Ok, the paint job is perfect. The details are brilliant and very well implemented. The style of the home is wonderful! Is that your own design? Either way, it's perfect. And I loved the ending of the video! The "working" fireplace was a completely unexpected but AWESOME touch. The dim lighting as the lovebirds snuggled by the warmth of the fire. Man, you really hit it out of the park on this one! It's also nice to see you making 'other' projects. P.S. Our internet just got fixed. They had to run a new drop line from the road to the house. Apparently, there was signal but it was too weak for the new router to even recognize.

Although the design of the look is GREAT. May I ask how you avoid the use of 'plywood' standing the nature/weather factors? It does have a tendency to separate over a short period of time....

Thanks for watching...This birdhouse will never see the outside. I usually don't have a problem as long as you make sure the ends are sealed real good so they don't wick in the moisture.
